THE MEGACYCLE CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
MEGA-RIDE HIIT SPIN
Mega-Ride is a HIIT style (high-intensity interval training) spin class. This class keeps your heart rate within a zone of maximum calorie burn with intense intervals and recovery periods just long enough to get you ready for the next set! Mega-Ride has flat road sprints, steep hill climbs and everything in between to give you a challenging, fun, unique ride in every class.
MEGA STRONG TRX
Mega-Strong combines strength training with intermittent bouts of cardio to increase strength and enhance toning. This class uses TRX suspension and RIP Training equipment along with other resistance training equipment, in circuit style workouts that are both challenging and fun! Mega-Strong classes are an excellent supplement to the intense cardio exercise provided by our Mega-Ride Spin classes! TRX was devised with the core as the center of the workout. You will leave these classes feeling strong and accomplished!
MEGA SPIN-TRX FUSION
Mega-Fusion combines the best of both worlds! You get the intense cardio of our Mega-Ride Spin and the strengthening from our Mega-Strong TRX to give you a full package within a one hour class. What could be better? All participants need to bring sneakers AND spin shoes (if you wear spin shoes for cycling) for this class. Classes will move from the spin room to the TRX studio to get two workouts in one!
GRIND is our short and to-the-point plyometric calorie BURN class. This class uses the RPI-STICK, weighted slam balls, weights, and lots & lots of CARDIO to torch major calories in a short period of time. you will LOVE the GRIND.
This 25-minute high-intensity spin class is a challenging FUNride. You will get your heart rate up and push your metabolic training to the new level. We will “run for the hills” for 25 minutes in a tabata style workout. Add this class to your weekly rides to push yourself to the next level and optimize the rest of your workouts!
SCULPT & TONE
This class is the Ying to the GRIND class’ Yang! During the class, we use small weights with LOTS & LOTS of reps to DEFINE your muscles. Extra focus on abs and a**es means you will FEEL this class working by the very next day!

MEGA STRONG KID
The opportunity of a lifetime! Sign your kids up for our new and FUN Mega Strong Kid classes! These classes are designed to help your kids develop and refine fitness skills and improve their overall health.
The 14 session program will include sport-specific exercises, cardio conditioning, plyometrics, metabolic drills, weight maintenance, TRX, and boot camp styles classes.
Classes max out at 8 kids per class, so make sure you sign up in advance! The age range for the Mega Strong Kid is from 10-15.
