The New Spring Schedule Effective 4/22
THE MEGACYCLE CLASS DESCRIPTIONS:
SUNRISE SPIN: This is our 5:30AM class. It is an energizing ride of hills and sprints set to music to get your day started! Each ride is different and yet has the same elements of gradually adding a hill and burning lots of calories. Everybody leaves class awake and ready to take on the day! This class is one hour long, but you can ride for just 45-50 minutes if you’ve got to run!
CALORIE BLAST: This is our signature class! Interval training at it’s best. We sprint the flat and work hard on the hills for a full hour. Maximum calorie burn guaranteed every day.
SPIN & TONE: This class is quickly becoming a favorite of members. We use small handweights on & off during our ride to work the upper body and tone while getting a high-calorie-burn cardio workout. Both upper and lower body get lots of attention!
Butts & Guts: This class is OFF the bikes to tighten and tone those troubled areas! You NEED to call (732) 933-3880 ahead to reserve your spot!
